On the afternoon of 9 November, Jiang Haiyang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Jiaxing Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Jiashan County Party Committee, together with Xu Chunhong, Vice-Chairperson of the County Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, led a delegation of officials from various departments on a visit to Zhejiang Xinli Microelectronics Co., Ltd. Jiang Haiyang inspected the company’s demonstration projects involving millimetre-wave radar water level gauges and sluice gate position sensors at the Jiashan Water Conservancy Bureau and expressed his approval. Jiang Haiyang emphasised that the government should actively establish platforms, whilst enterprises should enhance the performance of their own products; in this way, a ‘partnership of equals’ could be achieved to accelerate the commercialisation of technology.

Subsequently, Jiang Haiyang toured the company’s exhibition hall and testing laboratory. During this visit, Dr Lu Yumin, General Manager of Xinli Microelectronics, provided Secretary Jiang with a detailed report on the company’s current development status and future plans. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on issues such as the company’s innovative development and the recruitment of talent. Jiang Haiyang commended the company’s decision to pursue a product strategy based on independent R&D and full intellectual property rights, encouraging the company to “actively innovate and forge ahead with determination”. He also noted that the company should continue to leverage its research strengths in specialised sensor fields, such as millimetre-wave radar chips, to further improve product accuracy and stability. He urged the company to seize opportunities in the semiconductor industry, broaden the scope of product applications, expand its customer base, and take the company’s development to the next level.
