On 1 August 2022, with a view to implementing the innovation-driven development strategy and using scientific and technological innovation as a ‘key driver’ to promote high-quality development, Zhang Xifeng, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee and County Governor; Wu Hao, Director of the County Government Office; and Shen Yuxi, Head of the County Government’s Legal Affairs Section, led a delegation on an inspection visit to Xinli Microelectronics. They were accompanied by Wang Haifeng, Party Group Secretary and Director of the County Science and Technology Bureau; Lü Mingqiu, Member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the County Science and Technology Bureau; and Zhu Yan, Director of the County Science and Technology Innovation Centre.

      County Magistrate Zhang Xifeng visited the company’s chip testing centre and corporate exhibition hall, where he gained a detailed understanding of the company’s production and operations, technological innovation, talent recruitment and development, and industrial chain support both before and after the pandemic. He encouraged the company to remain confident in its development, capitalise on its unique strengths, seize opportunities and turn challenges into opportunities, continuously enhance its core competitiveness, expand and strengthen its own industry, and secure greater scope for development.

Lu Yumin, Chairman of Zhejiang Xinli Microelectronics, stated that the company has benefited from an excellent business environment in Jiashan and, building on this foundation, will continue to diversify its industrial structure and strive to accelerate the implementation of scientific and technological innovation projects.
